In the role of People Development Manager working in Quebec you will be a member of the People Development team focusing on building organizational capability and business effectiveness through Learning & Development efforts. In this role you will be responsible for building capability and performance of staff across our Quebec distribution network through brilliant execution of soft and technical skills training.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager People Development Canada and will work closely with Human Resources, unionized employees as well as various individuals and leaders from our supply chain organization.
