The Headlines:


In the role of Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs (Contract), working in Toronto, ON, you will be part of the Canadian Corporate Affairs team. The person will work proactively to lead communication planning and execution for key projects in the business. Additionally, the role will counsel project teams on communication strategies to ensure stakeholders, both internal and external, are engaged and aware.  They are a key liaison on varied initiatives and will work collaboratively with the Vice President of Corporate Affairs.


This position reports to Gavin Thompson, Vice President of Corporate affairs and works closely with Molson Coors leadership teams, government contacts, and commercial teams across Canada. They are visible and an asset to many functions within the business, and with outside groups.



The Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate Molson Coors Canada’s capability to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers providing strategic leadership, direction, and management.
  • Leadership of the day to day relations with key project teams to ensure communication plans and strategies are consistently executed.
  • Working collaboratively with Legal and Corporate Affairs leadership team in addition to other key project leads across the business.
  • Primary contact for key project related communications plans.
  • Work directly with Vice President of Corporate Affairs to manage and respond to urgent issues that arise at a corporate level.

  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You exhibit our core values and demonstrate our Molson Coors Success Factors
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or an associated field
  • You have 7+ years related experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications and Issues Management
  • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check (if locally applicable).
