    The Headlines:


    The position of Manager: Strategic Partnerships will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and the Atlantic Distribution team and will support all supply chain business development such as inter-company and contract partner business. The Manager of Strategic Partnerships will also support the brilliant execution of projects at a national level relating to Imports, Exports, Transportation and Co-manufacturing.


    Furthermore, the Strategic Partnerships manager will also support supply chain business development opportunities within both Molson Coors International and Molson Coors Europe.



    The Responsibilities:


    Project Management

      • Support the execution of project plans working closely with (but not limited to) the functions within Supply Chain, and using prescribed project management methodology. Accountable for the coordination and facilitation of all project management related tasks that involve the project scope, schedule and budget.
      • Provide exceptional leadership on a robust project portfolio
      • Partner with project leads, cross functional teams and commercial business partners to effectively plan, execute and report on key projects or program deliverables.

    Partnership Relations

    • Liaise with import/export partners, co-manufacturing, inter-company and transportation partners. Support more effective, cost-efficient and productive working relationships with supply chain partners and customers (contract Discussion inclusive).
    • Coordinate with key functions to populate, report, and maintain critical strategic supply chain scorecards

    Partner Contract Administration

    • Support the management of external partner contracts
      • Supply Chain Business Development
      • Support global growth of our brands via partnership with MCI and MCE project teams utilizing the SCR and START processes.

    The Other Qualifications:

    • Seeking someone with experience in partner and vendor relationship management. Specifically working with consultants, external contractors, and suppliers.
    • Familiar with applying project management principles, which include documentation and organizational techniques.
    • Has experience leading and influencing individuals.
    • 5+ years experience in some or all the areas of FMCG, ideally beverage.
    • Strong communication skills. (English speaking, French an added asset but not a requirement)
    • Strength in ability to influence change without authority.
    • Has proven experience leading and influencing individuals in commercial, supply chain and external partners
    • Demonstrated ability in building productive relationships and working in a team environment.
