    The Headlines:

     

    • In the Asset Care Team Leader role, you will be working with our Toronto Brewery Team. This position reports to the Asset Care Manager, and is responsible for effectively ensuring that team members are completing all daily activities, and assists team members in completing their tasks when required.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Leads team meetings, communicating manpower schedule, production schedule, previous day’s performance and previous shift performance.
    • Enters Notifications and Work Order Confirmations in SAP and provides training to the team members, in order to empower trades to autonomously enter their own Notifications, close WOs, etc.
    • Ensures coordination between departments (when required) and works with TL to prioritize trade(s) deployment to issues on equipment.
    • Engages in World Class Supply Chain processes that include but not limited to: WCSC 2.0 activities, participate in BDE (Break Down Elimination), DH (Defect Handling), 5S, training, etc.
    • Understands and comply with MCBC and Toronto Safety procedures. Issue work permits when required, i.e. Hot Work Permit, Work at Heights, Confined Space, etc. Make sure all AC members comply with the policies at all times.
    • Completes step observations for employees adhering to Health and Safety Policies.
    • Ensures compliance to PPE, HACCP and GMP requirements within the brewery.
    • Responsible to immediately communicate any incidents (environmental or health and safety related) that take place in the brewery.
    • Takes necessary actions to correct EH&S hazards.
    • Understands MCBC Safety Talks and delivers them to the team at shift meetings.

     

    Qualifications

    • University degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
    • Demonstrates leadership behavior.
    • Must be proficient with computers.
    • You exhibit the Molson Coors “Our Brew” values and demonstrate this daily in your actions and attitude.
