    The Headlines:


    In the role of Dispense Technologist working in Toronto you will be part of the Research & Development Team. In this role you will be responsible for testing and implementing new dispense equipment innovations. This is a project based role where you will work both indivudually and in support of the Research and Development and Sales teams to develop new dispense technologies, understand customer requirements, and execuite implemetation plans using strategic focus, basic project management, and problem solving methods. In this role your responsiblities will also include continuing ongoing post implementation analysis, reporting, and both technical and customer support.


    This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Global Dispense and works closely with Research & Development, Marketing Innovation, Supply Chain and Sales Functions.



    The Responsibilities:

    • Execute project plans as directed by the Global Research & Development Dispense Team
    • Perform product analysis tasks, dispense equipment monitoring and maintenance tasks, dispense equipment troubleshooting and process improvement tasks.
    • Support customer relationships with key customers through insight collection and data reporting.
    • Support equipment and finished good inventory management, material and parts ordering and arrange international and local shipments using existing partners.
    • Provide creative, theoretical, and practical ideas for improving and creating new dispense innovations in support of Molson Coors’s First Choice ambition.

    The Other Qualifications:


    • Science or Engineering Graduate; Preferred Educational background in Brewing, Food Science, Chemistry or Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.
    • 1 to 3 years’ operational experience in beer or beverage industry.
    • You have experience in new product development, project management, sales, or customer service.
    • You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
    • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships.
    • You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
    • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask competing priorities.
