    The Headlines

     

    In the role of Innovation On Premise Ambassador working in Montreal, QC you will be part of the Canadian Innovation team. The person will gain hands-on experience and potentially future opportunities in all areas of the business such as marketing, innovation, sales, supply chain and more!

     

    This position reports to the Canadian Commercial Project Lead and works closely with the Field Sales Representative and Key Account Manager to assist us in bringing a new to world, game-changing draught innovation technology to life.

     

    This is a 12-month contract role.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer-facing project ambassador Support the execution of this exciting new draught innovation by working closely with our customers, providing on site support, detailed progress reports, and execution assistance;

     

    • Enable Brilliant Execution – Work closely as the primary contact between our customers, partners, and the MCC project team to ensure brilliant, timely execution;
    • Reporting & Organization - Reporting of pre and post audit/installations to ensure brilliant execution; excellent organizational skills a must;
    • Build Relationships - With our customers, MCC employees and members within your community to support the sell-in of this draught innovation technology;
    • Problem Solving - Identify and provide solutions to problems based on best practices;
    • Inventory Management - Managing inventory, product orders, etc. as needed.
    • Represent Molson Coors Canada - You will act as the face of Molson Coors, representing some of Canada’s most well recognized brands at some of our most important customers. This is NOT your average “desk job”.

    The Other Qualifications

     

    • You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
    • You have a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions. You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract
    • You have the ability to lift over 50 lbs, no lifting restrictions
    • You have your Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent)
    • You are comfortable with ‘hands on’ experience and working with basic tools
    • You have past work experience in sales, promotions and/or customer service fields (asset)
    • You know our products and available for tastings (trained sensory experience an asset)
    • You are a resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory
    • You have a magnetic personality and collaborates well in a team environment
    • You are self-motivated; you project a positive and professional corporate image, and demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
    • You have strong consumer/customer orientation
    • Access to a car and a suitable motor vehicle record
    • You will be expected to understand and comply with the Liquor Control Act regulations and must be of legal drinking age.
    • As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check
