    The Headlines:


    In the role of Director of Key Accounts, Western Canada working in Canada’s West Regioin you will be part of the Canadian Commercial team.  The person will lead a team of 6 Key Account Managers, and will be responsible to develop and implement Key Accounts plans with a strategic focus and consistent direction in order to achieve market share, volume targets, profits, while reducing operating costs.  Put another way you are both a stellar strategist and a tenacious tactician that can dream it up and then execute it brilliantly. 


    This position is based out of Calgary, Alberta and reports into Anthony Purchase, Vice President of Sales and works closely with the Channel & Brand teams, Revenue Management partners, Supply Chain Partners, Finance Partners and other leaders focused on our Customer First agenda.



    The Responsibilities:

    • Accelerate Molson Coors Canada’s commercial capability to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers providing the strategic leadership, direction, and management across Western Canada’s Key Accounts.
    • Ensure solid results management fundamentals including financial and volume forecasting, post-activity evaluation, and market opportunity identification and pursuit.
    • Responsible for achieving sustainable share and profit growth as per annual operating plan, and in alignment with Molson Coors Canada’s First Choice ambition.
    • Through a First Choice Lens, build and support relationships with key customers, and optimize go-to-market strategies and priorities.
    • Build a winning culture growing by making developing extraordinary talent a priority.

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;
    • You have at least 10 years' progressive experience in sales and key account management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries;
    • You already live in or are prepared to relocate to Calgary, Alberta.
