In this role, you will be responsible to lead, control and evolve the Field Sales Management Process (FSM) within Canada. Enabling FSM through reporting, training, technology and managing regular evaluation/review of country's performance against global standards, including but not exclusive to KPI's, Ops metrics and Variable compensation. Support the development and achievement of the country's strategic commercial goals through FSM Process, cadence of support and consistent review of payout to performance. Evaluate compliance of the program within each region and strategically make changes to the FSM process to allow for greater effectiveness while improving all sales efficiencies.
