    The Headlines:  

     

    In this role, you will be responsible to lead, control and evolve the Field Sales Management Process (FSM) within Canada. Enabling FSM through reporting, training, technology and managing regular evaluation/review of country's performance against global standards, including but not exclusive to KPI's, Ops metrics and Variable compensation. Support the development and achievement of the country's strategic commercial goals through FSM Process, cadence of support and consistent review of payout to performance. Evaluate compliance of the program within each region and strategically make changes to the FSM process to allow for greater effectiveness while improving all sales efficiencies.

    Responsibilities

    The Responsibilities:

    • Implement, track and hold sales leads accountable of operational standards compliance. Use learnings and insights to develop immediate actions at the Director and Area Sales Manager level.
    • Will be primary contact with global sustainment team (local/global) to drive reporting visibility through new and existing reports to align with country strategy and commercial priorities
    • Responsible to implement aligned FSM standards in every Province. Develop and maintain regular communication with Sales Leads in every province and support Monthly Customer Excellence Team/ FSM update.  
    • Use Year End Review to define actions, best practice & evolution of FSM program in Canada. Liaise with Global practitioners with evolutions and sharing of best practices.
    • Support annual review of KPI’s via Year End Review & FSM Results and develop payout to performance metric to grow accountability and increase tension within target setting methodology.
    • OE Standards – Supports annual evolution in line with FSM standards
    • Training – Supports global tools & integration with 8 Steps & OE Standards; Leads content alignment for Sales Management Summits
    • Beer Mate/We All Sell Beer Culture – Consult/Inform/Subject Matter Expert
    • Manage FSM Practitioners - IT / Reporting interface on an ongoing Basis

    Qualifications

    The Other Qualifications:

     

    • You have a University Degree/Degree level equivalent qualification or experience
    • You have a strong sales background within at least one MCBC sales region & channel including multi-channel experience.
    • You have strong attention to detail with a background of results delivery
    • You have an in-depth knowledge of the day to day responsibilities of all the sales leadership roles in our organisation including cross functional support IE market managers, channel marketing, HR.
    • You can operationalize FSM processes and systems (e.g. REX), with proven adoption of new processes and compliance with operational standards.
    • You have excellent people skills - leadership, stakeholder management & strong communicator
    • You have a sound knowledge of all Commercial elements of our sales regions & channels (for example KAM On & Off Premise, FSM, Geographies) and the interdependencies of the Joint Business Teams
    • You have a strong level of I.T. literacy including knowledge of SAP and MS office
    • You have a global enterprise mindset, an ability to develop strong relationships throughout the wider organisation, particularly with UK and the US. You are Bilingual in English & French
