    The Headlines:

    The Supply Chain Focused Project Manager will support brilliant execution and customer service excellence for the Canadian business unit through process and project management of select PMO projects and programs. This individual will also provide program management support through project portfolio analysis, tracking, and information reporting. In addition, this individual will lead medium-to-high complexity brand programs, Regional Sales/Brand initiatives, Innovations, Imports, Exports, or other Supply Chain initiatives using prescribed project management methodology, standards, tools, and processes.

    Responsibilities

    The Responsibilities:

    • Support Innovation, Commercial or Supply Chain teams with the end-to-end execution of medium – high complexity projects using Molson’s brilliant execution process and prescribed project management methodology (i.e. Accountable for Scope, Schedule and Budget)
    • Validation and clear articulation of project objectives, business case financials, costs & benefits
    • Support program management of assigned portfolios with project/data reporting, analysis, and tracking as required
    • Identification, resolution, and mitigation of project risks or issues
    • Facilitation and coordination of team meetings, necessary decision making on projects, and presenting viable options to project teams
    • Partnering with various internal/external cross functional teams (e.g. Studio, Brand, Sales, Master Data, Finance, Demand Planning, Material Planning, Supply Planning, Deployment etc.) to execute projects from Concept through to Implementation
    • Capturing project learnings and embedding them into future planned project/process improvements
    • Act as a leader / agent of “change” on projects
    • Lead and enhance communication on projects by issuing project status reports/regular updates to Project Sponsors, Project Champions and Project Teams
    • Provide input, support the adherence to, and help to continuously improve all PMO Project Management processes
    • PO/invoice management on assigned projects

    The Other Qualifications!

    • Required:
      • Bachelors Degree (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering etc.)
      • Minimum 3-5 years of general experience; 2-3 years of project(or Category) Management /coordination experience is preferred.
      • Experience with working in CPG (or QSR, manufacturing) environments
      • Strong cross functional team and project leadership skills, effective communication skills, organized and detail oriented
      • PMP Certification is considered a strong asset.
    • Preferred:
      • Bilingual in French and English
      • Supply Chain, Marketing, or Commercial experience
      • Change Management Certification
      • Lean / 6 Sigma Certification
      • New product development / process exposure
