In the role of Manager, Program Development working in Toronto, Ontario you will be part of the Canadian Sales and Customer Excellence team. You will lead two Assistant Managers to develop and execute brand programming across all our retail and on-premise customers nationally in adherence to customer timelines. You will work with the channel development team, to gain an in depth understanding of our customer needs, and provide recommendations on programming that elevates the shopper experience and delivers against the customer needs. Will oversee the development of programs with our Shopper Marketing agency across the project’s lifecycle. Including concept development and testing, stakeholder alignment, feasibility analysis, ensuring executional excellence, and conduct post program evaluations. Will collaborate with the commercial merchandising department to develop all tools that deliver against programs objectives and helps the customer to grow the beer category. Brands under area of responsibility Heineken, Belgian Moon/Six Pints, Value and Cider.
This position reports to Tania Schembri, Senior Manager, Program Development and works closely with the Regional Sales teams and Marketing & Consumer Excellence teams.
