    The Headlines:


    Our Molson Toronto Brewery Leadership Team is looking for a Leadership Coordinator. The ideal candidate will embrace continuous improvement, have a results and detail oriented mindset and have the ability to take on increased responsibility. The individual will have an aptitude for a high standard of internal customer service. The successful candidate will be well versed in task discipline and have a flare for technology and a solutions orientation to assist others with technology challenges. In your support role, you will provide administrative support to the entire Brewery Leadership Team (BLT).


    • Oversees and manages the Toronto Brewery Payroll and Scheduling team
    • Manages the Attendance Management Program
    • Provides leadership to the Brewery rewards & recognition program
    • Ability to analyze tasks and optimize process
    • Enhancing and ensuring high levels of communication within the Brewery
    • Generate and manage report generation and communication regarding Brewery Performance
    • Assist in Facility Management
    • Provides general administrative support to the BLT, including managing calendars, travel coordination, expense administration and preparing professional reports, documents and presentation materials.
    • Support the HR Team when required
    • Filters, prepares and responds to various requests for information from external sources or designates another appropriate spokesperson or information source.
    • Maintain accurate departmental records (i.e. vacation entitlement, activity reports, project schedules, quarterly reviews, etc.)
    • Assists in the coordination of any special events and projects hosted by the department
    • Basic book keeping and accounts payable activities for the BMT
    • Order and maintain departmental merchandise and supplies

    The Other Qualifications...

    • Post-secondary Diploma related to Business Administration studies OR Human Resources Management with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
    • Experience with payroll and scheduling systems (Dayforce)
    • Strong MS skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    • Proven knowledge and experience with Social and Digital media channels and networks
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrate interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Proven time management/multi-tasking skills and a sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments are required
    • Ability to work and make decisions independently with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
