The Headlines:


Molson Coors is currently searching for 4 Summer Sales Representatives to assist out sales teams in allowing Molson Coors to become First Choice for Consumers. In the role of Summer Sales Representative working across Canada you will be part of the Canadian Commercial team. This person will gain experience in many areas of the commercial department, such as the execution of promotions, merchandising, building relationships, and inventory management.


This position reports to the Sales Manager with day to day direction from the District Sales team. It is a 4-month assignment, commencing at the beginning of May 2018. This position will also gain hands-on experience and learn what it takes to build a global brand.


The Responsibilities:

  • Through a First Choice Lens, build and support relationships with on premise and retail customers, and members within the community
  • Provide communication and feedback to the Sales team on accounts, industry trends, potential business opportunities and activity reports
  • Ensure that company vehicle, equipment, property, corporate I.D. and logos are used and maintained in a professional manner, including any records tracking
  • Assist with or take the lead in the management of inventory and allocation of promotional materials
  • To assist Molson Coors to become First Choice with Customers by executing promotions and programs on-premise, in retail, and at local events.

The Other Qualifications: 

  • You love a challenge. You are currently enrolled full time in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of a business oriented or other relevant program at a recognized post-secondary institution and will also be returning to full-time University/College studies in the subsequent school year
  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
  • You are able and willing to work a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekends
  • You are serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
  • You are a licensed driver who currently has and maintains a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions, and are willing to travel
  • You have experience working in sales, promotions and/or customer service fields and product knowledge
  • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check, as well as provide a recent copy of an MVR (Driver’s Abstract).
