In the role of Packaging Engineering and Execution Lead working in Toronto or Montreal, you will be part of the Industrial Services and Support Team, this role is part of the Project Engineering and Execution team for the new greenfield project in the Montreal. In this role, you will have The Packaging Engineering complete (end to end) accountability and management for all engineering and capital work streams within the packaging module within the new greenfield construction project, this includes accountability for complete development and detailed engineering, construction / installation, commissioning, startup and final performance/technical sign-off on all packaging work streams. In this role, you will be responsible to ensure that your team supports the operational transition lead with operational readiness and transition (technical documents, asset care program, relevant SOP's etc.) as they jointly delivery a vertical start-up of the packaging lines and people. In this role, you will be accountable to maintain strict and effective adherence to all Molson Coors project processes (Brilliant Execution), Steerco, Project Updates, relevant Molson Coors Canada policies and project cost control which includes timely forecasting and reporting of LE's and adherence to financial controls. This position reports into the Director, Engineering and Execution.
