Pricing is the biggest profit driver for topline growth; we are responsible for defining the overall pricing strategy, annual- and in year price setting of our existing and new portfolio. We use different pricing tactics to balance product mix or to overcome psychological anchor points.
Our investments in the market, we can either give them straight away or ask for valuable counterparts that drive profit for all involved. Here at RevMan we make sure that each dollar is spent with a positive ROI for all parties. We define the best business drivers and the ultimate promo strategy.
Selling beer in different packs or channels has a different impact on our profit. Stimulating consumers to choose the right package, the right size or a specific channel is 1 of the most creative parts of our job.
The Power of AND
Ultimately levering pricing, investments and mix needs to, and can go, hand in hand with volume growth. Our role is to ruthlessly find these sweet spots or balance out our total plans accordingly and connect each team to get there
How can you contribute?
As a leader of the team, we want you to be able to keep momentum of our track record and come up with out-of-the-box new thought leadership solutions. Clearly distinguishing between the WHAT and the HOW, acknowledging and leveraging the full suite of change management strategies and tactics and believing in the power to create synergies with all commercial teams. You need to have constantly both your commercial- and financial hat on, you need to be able to challenge and expect to be challenged.
Commercial Excellence is in our DNA and everything we do has to be excellent from all commercial angles.
Expect to be involved in design and implementation of new concepts and processes way beyond the core role of revenue management, you will have the opportunity to bust many myths and set new paradigms.
We expect you will bring in experience from sales, finance or strategic consulting with a clear track record of implemented commercial initiatives igniting balanced topline growth.
The Other Qualifications:
This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and works closely with the regional sales teams, channel marketing and category solutions to drive holistic recommendations. The position has 5 direct reports.
