    Pricing Power

     

    Pricing is the biggest profit driver for topline growth; we are responsible for defining the overall pricing strategy, annual- and in year price setting of our existing and new portfolio. We use different pricing tactics to balance product mix or to overcome psychological anchor points.

     

    Investment ROI

    Our investments in the market, we can either give them straight away or ask for valuable counterparts that drive profit for all involved. Here at RevMan we make sure that each dollar is spent with a positive ROI for all parties. We define the best business drivers and the ultimate promo strategy.

     

    Mix Management

     

    Selling beer in different packs or channels has a different impact on our profit. Stimulating consumers to choose the right package, the right size or a specific channel is 1 of the most creative parts of our job.

    Ultimately levering pricing, investments and mix needs to, and can go, hand in hand with volume growth. Our role is to ruthlessly find these sweet spots or balance out our total plans accordingly and connect each team to get there

    As a leader of the team, we want you to be able to keep momentum of our track record and come up with out-of-the-box new thought leadership solutions. Clearly distinguishing between the WHAT and the HOW, acknowledging and leveraging the full suite of change management strategies and tactics and believing in the power to create synergies with all commercial teams. You need to have constantly both your commercial- and financial hat on, you need to be able to challenge and expect to be challenged.

    Commercial Excellence is in our DNA and everything we do has to be excellent from all commercial angles.

    Expect to be involved in design and implementation of new concepts and processes way beyond the core role of revenue management, you will have the opportunity to bust many myths and set new paradigms.

    We expect you will bring in experience from sales, finance or strategic consulting with a clear track record of implemented commercial initiatives igniting balanced topline growth.

    Responsibilities

    The Responsibilities:

    • Leading strategic decisions and recommendations cross functionally to drive sustainable topline growth from the perspective of Price, investment and mix management for all regions and channels, by brands, packs and price tiers
    • Plans and implements current and new topline growth initiatives within a cross functional leadership setting
    • Leads together with learning & development the capability building of all cross functional teams on key required skillsets
    • Leads Revenue Management for Innovation, Brand and Trade Marketing teams.
    • Providing expertise to assist in designing and conducting research for key inisghts that touches all market lens angles
    • Providing strategic support in topline growth discussions within customer selling and negotiations.
    • Develops and leverages new and existing analytical tools to support development of category, portfolio and brand pricing, contractual and promotional investments and mix strategies
    • Providing statistical modeling guidance required to build and apply econometric modeling techniques to better understand Pricing/Demand relationships and trade offs within the portfolio and with competitors / substitutes

    Qualifications

    The Other Qualifications:

    • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly fully understanding the different change management stages and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy 
    • You are deadly serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
    • You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
    • You exhibit our core values and demonstrate our Molson Coors Success Factors
    • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or another analytical discipline
    • You have at least 10 years' progressive commercial experience in sales, trade marketing, finance, or strategy.
    • You have 10+ years experience with demonstrated success in unearthing insights and turning them into actionable recommendations and in market solutions in the areas of price/investment and mix management.
    • Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills based on an understanding of working with marketing and sales to achieve objectives.
    • Strong technical analysis skills and an ability to understand and filter what is important.
    • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check (if locally applicable).

     

    This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and works closely with the regional sales teams, channel marketing and category solutions to drive holistic recommendations. The position has 5 direct reports.
