    Role Overview:

     

    Our Maintenance Reliability Engineer contributes to our various brewery vertical start-upa throughout the development and implementation of brewery optimization methodologies and the deployment of relevant Daily Management Systems. This reliability engineer will be responsible for producing procedures (SOPs, work instructions,etc.), system setup documents, reliability programs and analyses including materials optimization.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    The Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for development and implementation of asset reliability programs using Molson Coors recognized methodologies.
    • Responsible for developing brewery specific documentation including, but not limited to SOPs, work instructions, changeover documents and troubleshooting guides.
    • Responsible for conducting materials optimization analyses and equipment criticality analyses.
    • Support the implementation of the World Class Supply Chain (WCSC 2.0) Pillars by ensuring required DMS's are defined and implemented prior to the assets going into service

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a B.Eng. Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering
    • 3-5 years experience in a plant environment developing reliability programs for manufacturing equipment, working with CMMS (SAP PM), knowledge of FMEA methodologies, strong facilitation skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, proficiency with MS Office(Excel, MS, PowerPoint), MS Visio, MS Project, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • 5+ years experience in a plant environment developing reliability programs for manufacturing equipment, and change management experience
    • Ability to solve problems, influence and communicate ideas to affect change in behaviour’s
    • Takes accountability for achieving exceptional business results with a sense of urgency.
    • Strong coaching / facilitating / communication skills with the ability to communicate complex or sensitive information
